Dixons electronic online shop leaves alot to be desired. I had ordered a microwave online. They had promised to deliver it within four days. But there was no response from them even after a week. They even did not answer properly when I had called them to know the fact. At last I received it after two weeks. Never am I going to shop with them hereafter!

I ordered my plasma tv through Dixons. I was told it may take 7–9 days to receive my plasma. I was really impressed with the delivery arrived so quickly. The delivery person even helped me get it into my house. I read the directions and within 1 hour I had my plasma hung and running.
