I have been using British Gas and my friend who have recently shifted near by my house. I recommend Home care service for her and she is very much convenient with this service. I’m using homecare 200 and she selected homecare 100. Just for one call they will make the necessary repairs.

I had a problem with my boiler and fixed an appointment for the engineer. I waited all day, but no one turned up. They never even had a courtesy to call and say that they can’t make it that day. I am frustrated with their customer service. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Recently i switched with them. I selected homecare 100. They provide an excellent service. I had a small problem and called to customer care. Very nice people to talk and gave right instructions. I would wish to recommend their service to everyone.
