My network never dropped down. Coverage has never gone down with virgin. I have traveled across the country and always have my virgin mobile with a network and have never seen a no coverage symbol. Its the best service in UK.

I have got a virgin broadband and its working good. I signed up last year. I did not have any issues till date. I get 18 to 20 Mbps speed and its fast enough for my computer. There was rarely a network problem with virgin.
