| | | | | My card is a maestro and it does not give that option. However, most merchants do accept Switch/Maestro. A while back, switch card name was changed to maestro, but some merchants have not changed it. So wherever you see "switch" card accepted, Maestro will be. You just enter your maestro card details in as switch card as they are the same. :) | |
| | | | | When you try to enter your details with a solo card it basically says that it doesn't recognise the card and that you have to use another card. How many people have more than the 1 bank account and card??? Thus I have decided to give this 1 a miss.:( | |
| | | | | The website is well laid-out, other than when you try to view albums released in any particular year/decade it seems to show albums "added to their site" in that year rather than actually released in that year,
BUT
the choice of artists/albums/tracks to download, while large, consists almost entirely of really old music! If you search for any contemporary artist, chances are you won't find anything (other than "tribute to..." And even on their 'top rated/downloaded' charts, it's almost entirely either ancient or obscure artists.
However, I can't complain about 25 free downloads (even if I'm having real trouble to find even 10 that I really want!) and I presume the £1 cashback will appear. Haven't tried to cancel yet though.
Bear in mind you have to install a small music-downloading program on your computer to use the site. It seems to work easily on my Mac. | |
