I have had an account with Grattan for several years now and i am so pleased that now i can receive cashback on my purchases. They have a search option on their site, so it is easy to look up any items that you want. As with most catalogues, deliveries and returns are free of charge. You can spread out your payments over 20 weeks interest free which is great if you haven't got the cash upfront. I normally make any payments online using my debit card, this saves time and it is always dealt with quickly.

Have to say, not the best site - for service or delivery. I have only used the website once but in that time they managed to get the order completely wrong and when i called to correct this it took me very long time to get through and even then the wrong items were delivered!

I am very pleased with this site. as it allows free delivery, it allows you to over order in differing sizes to get the best fit at no extra charge for returns. The delivery was on time, within 48 hours and all in good order.

Tried to order a dress for my wife, clicked through from edealsuk.com, saw (and clicked) banner on Grattan site to get £15 discount on first order over £40, but when I added product to the basket there was no evidence of the discount. Clicked Checkout to see if it would be disocunted before entering payment details, but then after being made to create account (including residential status, marital status, job, addresses for 5 years, partner's occupation and lots of other personal details irrelevant to ordering a dress), was just given a screen "Your order has been placed" - no chance to confirm the order, no place to enter payment details (I presume they'll send me a bill in the post?), no discount applied. Customer services (0870 premium rate number) ask loads of questions to confirm your identity and then tell you the system is down so can't cancel order so try calling back later. Only saved from 1 star as the dress did look nice.
