| Got a great deal on their website - which wasn't in my local store - so very pleased with this site. Actuall prefer shopping in store when it comes to B&Q as their staff are extremely helpful and really know their stuff. However, if you find what you in store then purchase from the website, you can't go wrong. |

| When it came to checking out the site, just before our latest project of doing up one of our bedrooms, i was at first slighty worried. With such a huge range online i thought i may get confused. However the site is very well laid out and easy to navigate. A pleasent shopping experience. Look out for regular special offers. |

| I odered a barbecue from this site a couple of weeks ago. They were doing 25% off most barbecue, so i found that i had got a really good deal. They have got a fantastic range of products here and their customer service team were really helpful. I didn't pay a delivery charge as my order exceeded a certain amount. I give B and Q the thumbs up. |

| I recently purchased a number of heavyi tems from b and Q, to be delivered to my home address. The delivery date was confirmed to me so i had to take the day off work to be there. I waited in all day, but still my order hadn't arrived. I rang b and q and they said they didn't know why my order hadn't turned up and that they would get back to me asap. After another hour or so, i hadn't rec'd the call back, so i rang them again. This time i spoke to a different person and they didn't know anything about the problem that i was experiencing, so i had to explain the whole thing again. This time my order was traced but they were not able to deliver that day because by this time it was too late. It came the next morning instead. This annoyed me greatly as i had wasted a whole days holiday for nothing and was late in work the next day aswell. Order here at your peril. |
