Review: The website makes it easy to book tickets, check bus/coach times, and print out the tickets you need to travel. It's generally cheap (well, compared to trains and there isn't that much competition in the way of other coach companies to compare the prices with). If you miss your coach they'll usually fit you on the next one without any trouble. Coaches in my experience run on time. They are slow compared to cars/trains though - but you can see the journey times on the website.
