Review: If anything goes wrong with your order prepare for unbelievable excuses and frustrating solutions. If it goes well then you'll get a fantastic product but you'll pay extra for buying directly from Apple. The free iPod offer helps bridge this gap but the discount isn't instant so you'll have to wait for a refund.

Review: I have bought many items from Apple Store and recently ordered an iMac. All the items have been delivered within the estimated time and in perfect condition. I wouldn’t buy an Apple item from anywhere else. Customer service is always very quick and helpful. Just an all round great store and extremely easy to order any Apple item.
