i used American Express for my gap year insurance cover and they were excellent. One of the only insurance companies that I could find that offered a 14 day return period back the UK, without invalidating the policy so that I could return to re-take my exams. They also had an option to exclude the US from the cover which brought the cost down a lot for me.

I selected a package from travel insurance center which was easy to quote, compare and buy. They also provides money save on travel insurance packages offered by leading travel insurance companies. Better results and highly satisfied.
