Hey, since having my baby I shop online all the time and have to say this company is the worst I have ever dealt withby far. Order two items bath seat and night light. Bath seat arrived ontime box bashed and dirty but still it was ok. Night light never turned up so called and was told that this item had been recalled due to safter reasons and would get a refund. A week later no refund went on website to get contact number and they are still selling product. Called again was told that thiers was no electrical fault and that it had never been in stock but that didnt stop them taking my money. 3 weeks later still no refund no answer to emails and sometimes they anwere there phones and sometimes they dont. If you ask to speak to a manager they jsut cut you off. I am never rude or cheeky to anyone on the phone so thier is no need to hang up. In short I would never ever use this company again just glad it's onlt a £20 nigt light and I havn't spent hndreds of pounds on baby equipment.

Bambino Direct has got child safe products. The quality of the products are very good that they don't break that easy. I always prefer toys only from here.
