I ordered a 42 inch Panasonic plasma TV and stand, received a very nice follow up call updating me on status of order. I was pleasantly surprised as both of them were arrived one day earlier than I was informed. Had to return the TV stand due to a maufacturing fault. No problems at all with customer service. The broken one was collected and new one was delivered within 2 days. The sort of service you don’t see anywhere else.
