I am very much annoyed about it and repeatedly called ASDA Customer service where I don’t receive any positive reply till date. I asked my money back and they promised that they will refund my money back. I had very bad experience in ASDA Flowers online. |

| I ordered a Sunrise Mother's Day Flower and asked them to deliver on mother's day. But it wasn't arrived and my mum found that it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them and they said that refund is not possible but they can deliver flowers for some other occasion with £5 compensation, really it was a bad experience with this ASDA online flower shop and I'll never order again. |

Nearly I have sent more than 100 flowers and gifts to all my friends and never had any problem on delivery. ordered a bold and beautiful mixed bouquet for my friend's birthday on March 12th, but his birthday was 14th. I accidentally knew this, nearly cancelled this order, but I was told that I can replace the date and my gift was reached my friend on a perfect day. It was so nice and thanks to ASDA.
