| CD WOW online shop has newly released musical CDs. I ordered some cds with them. But I received different set of cds that I never ordered. I sent it back for replacement and it took a long time. Not a good service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. |

| Though CD WOW has limited collections, the rates are very cheap and that's why I'm still stick on with them. I have been shopping with CD-Wow for nearly one year and have had a problem once that was solved in a friendly manner. Quick delivery, cheaper price, so highly recommended. |

| I got a wrong movie DVD from CD WOW and was told to send it back, but it took 19 days to get the
replacement. It happened again and it took 23 days. Service during my 30 days free DVD rental period
was also very slow. If anyone needs movie DVDs urgently, then I would recommend to go elsewhere. Not a reliable online movie rental store. |
