aa customer services is realy poor

not a bad company for its service, very well known, but can be overpriced. best to shop around.

AA is a company that can be trusted and that you can rely on. I have only ever called them out on two occasions, but both times, they attended me me quickly and the man who fixed my car, was really chatty and nice. I prefer having AA cover rather than RAC or other breakdown cover companies. I would recommend other edealsuk members to this service.

If you need breakdown cover who yer gonna call. The AA. I know i did and the response time was impressive. They cover the whole of the country as well.

AA great company to use, great cashback. no probs here!. could maybe get cheaper prices if you shopped around but not bad

I have been a member of the AA for many years and they offer a great service. I have broken down a few times and they have always been very prompt. The last time i called them i was on the motorway with a flat tyre. Because i was a woman on my own and with a young child with me , i was a priority case and they were with me within twenty mins. Their mechanics are always very polite and helpful. It gives me real piece of mind to know that i am with them just in case a problem arises with my car.
