A rotten experience and I will have to chase them to get my money back. After calling a sales rep who assured me of delivery with 3 working days, I placed an online order for a projector. I waited all day at home on the promised delivery day - nada. I called that evening and was told that delivery was scheduled for 2 days after but they would expedite it for the next day. Same story the next day. I called on the 3rd day and heard conflicting versions from various service reps. One said that DHL had the projector, the other said that it was still in the warehouse. They were either clueless or more likely lying through their teeth. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for ever. Finally gave up and requested cancellation. Been 2 days and still waiting for confirmation of the cancellation. I am resigned to chasing them for my money and reporting a disputed transaction to the bank . These guys are like con-artists. Avoid at all costs.

This is a store I use regularly, I don’t shop online I actually go to their store as they are an amazing team. I mean some prices are quite heavy however, products are quality. I mean anything PC related I’m sure you will get the product you desire within this company. Site layout is fantastic, really impressive it makes it really easy to look at the products you want without going through masses of categories.

It is a leading computer store in UK. It is a great place to shop. I purchased a laptop and got a free gift with it. I even got cash back of 1.25% from eDeals directory. So isn’t that two birds in one shot! I like shopping this way!

if you are buying from pc world online or in person go through edeals for the cashback. Even if you order online you can still get you goods from your local store and earn .75% cashback rather than then 1.5% if you buy online. Personally i prefer to collect from the store its quicker. The benifit off using reserve online and collect instore is that you pay online prices which are usually cheaper.
