What i like about this company is that you can get complete all the forms that you need to online, but this still ring them up if you have any queries. I had some home insurance with a different company previously and because i completed all my details over the internet, they made it very difficult for me to contact them via the phone. If there was a problem i had to email them and then wait for a reply. All of this took time and was basically a hassle. Direct Line are a very straight forward company to deal with and they have a great reputation.

I recently switched my house and contents insurance to Direct Line and i have to say, it was painless! The service, from speaking on the telephone to the customer service advisers to receiving the paperwork, was seamless and finalised within one working week. Not to mention that my premiums have reduced considerably. Very good service all round.
