I have been a long time customer for British Gas and so far no problem with them. Excellent customer service and giving right solution for all our queries. Faultless service. Strongly recommended!

I like British Gas and I have encountered absolutely no problems with them so far. Their customer service is very appreciable that they attend your queries right away. No doubt, they have good rates and supplies offering real value for money.

I have been using their services for the past 10 years or so, and so far, I really have not faced great problems with them. I understand that they are expensive when compared to the others in the market, but I feel the main thing required in any business is reliability and I get that from British Gas very well. I can be assured that they would give me importance, as a customer, whenever I need their help. The customer service is quite prompt and gets back to me quite fast. Indeed this is a good company to stick on to.

I used to be with British gas but i wouldn't change back to them now. I always knew they were dearer than rival companies but i never realised by how much until i did price comparison. On average you pay about 20% more with BG, and that i think is disgusting. They are meant to be a multinational company and the profit they are making is obscene.

Buy far the most expensive gas supplier at the moment. I would avoid them at the moment.

British Gas great company to use, great cashback. no probs here!. could maybe get cheaper prices if you shopped around but not bad

Very easy to use site, laid out very well and simple to navigate. Able to liaise with their staff via email and they are always extremely prompt. Can't fault.
